1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Genuine Student ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Genuine Student provides an AI-powered simulation tool to help international students prepare for UK student visa credibility interviews. The Service is for practice and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any visa outcome.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • One-time session packs (Starter & Pro) are non-refundable once sessions have been used.
  • Monthly subscriptions (Unlimited) can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refund requests for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@genuinestudent.ai.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
  • Provide false information to generate misleading reports.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties for commercial gain.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our simulator will result in a successful visa application. Immigration decisions are made solely by UKVI.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genuine Student shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
